- 50' diameter round pen
- One 150' x 250' outdoor arena with sand footing, lights and jumps
- One 85' x 150' indoor arena with sand footing, lights, jumps and a sprinkling system to keep dust down and footing at its best
- Cross country field with a variety of jumps and we are always adding new jumps
- Wash bays at every barn, one enclosed wash stall with hot/cold running water and over-head boomer sprayer
- Access to 690 acres of private mountain trails
- Free trailer parking conveniently on-site
- Professional equine hauling available on-site
- On-site Horse trainers available or use your own

Full board includes:
- Two feedings of grain/supplements and hay a day
- Daily stall cleaning
- Daily turn-out
- Blanketing twice daily

Field board includes:

- Large run-in sheds in each pasture
- Blanketing twice daily
- Owners live on the premises in full view of the barns and pastures. We also provide nightly checks.
